The Bay Sands Seafront Studios had a breathtaking waterfront view of Waitangi/Paihia Beach. Waking up to the serene surroundings was like a dream. Our host Jimmy was wonderful, and the location was prime. Some minor notices around the room, but overall, it felt like paradise.

We had an excellent stay with a breathtaking waterfront view, close to the beach, supermarket, and shops. the hotel staff was pleasant and helpful, offering suggestions for restaurants. the well-equipped kitchenette was a bonus, and the location was within easy walking distance from the downtown area.

Hard to think of any drawbacks; this hotel ticked all the boxes.

The location of the motel was fantastic, just a few steps away from the beach and a short walk to the center of Paihia. the owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the room was spacious, well-equipped, and overall, we had a great experience staying here. One small improvement could be updating some of the dated aspects of the property.

This studio apartment is in a fantastic location, right across the road from a beautiful sandy beach. It's also just a short and easy walk to the village, where you can find plenty of restaurants and shops. The room itself is comfortable and comes with all the necessary amenities. The staff are welcoming and helpful, providing tips on where to eat and get stocked up on food. Plus, the balcony is a great place to relax and enjoy the evening sun.

There could be a slight lack of privacy on the balcony side.

Spent my New Year at a seafront hotel that was just a few steps away from the beach. Location was perfect, giving me the opportunity to enjoy the long walks and the sunshine on the shore. the room was comfortable with a cozy bed and a spacious shower. One of the best aspects was the verandah where I could sip my coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery. the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed.

The shower was a bit narrow, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the kitchen was small, but it worked for me since I had no intention of cooking on my holiday.
