During our recent stay at Waiheke Waterfront Lodge, we were pleasantly surprised by the personalized service we received. From the moment we arrived, it felt like everything was tailored to our trip. We were even greeted with complimentary champagne to celebrate our special occasion. The service provided by Keith and Marilyn exceeded all our expectations with their quiet and unobtrusive manner. The breakfast each morning was a treat and provided a fantastic start to our day. We only wish we had stayed another night! the great service and attention to detail made our stay well worth the price. I would definitely recommend this place to others seeking a wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a peaceful beach getaway. It is situated close to little Oneroa beach, which is known as the loveliest beach on Waiheke. The hotel is also conveniently located in a quiet area just a 12-minute walk from the center of town. Additionally, guests can easily access shops either by taking a lovely walk or having some fun on the hotel's electric bikes. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with a separate well-appointed bathroom. The hosts provide exceptional service, making guests feel welcome and assisting with any needs. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, and the attention to detail in the surroundings is faultless.

The hotel is situated on a waterfront that is very tidal, making it unsuitable for swimming unless the tides are in and there is no wind.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities and services that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the Jacuzzi in the garden area was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. the room had exclusive advantages, such as a comfortable bed, a big bathroom, and a beautiful view. the breakfast was delicious, with outdoor dining options and special diet menus available.

The only minor issue was the lack of beach access directly from the hotel, but this was compensated by the location advantages, being close to the main part of the town. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing massage and beauty treatment services in the privacy of my room.

Had an amazing Christmas getaway with my partner. the suites were spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable king-size bed and a separate bathroom. the location of the property was perfect, just a short walk away from the town shops and beaches but not too busy in this time of the year. We enjoyed having our morning cuppa on the outdoor egg chairs provided by the lodge, with a beautiful view of the water. the hosts were very accommodating, offering complimentary snacks and wine in our room and providing helpful tips for local places to visit.

Everything was superb and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful and luxurious break with a touch of coastal vibe.
