Close to the beach and shops, the location was excellent. Gayle, the host, was such a nice lady. The bathroom facilities were excellent. Despite the small drawbacks like the unexpected change from a B&B to a guest house and the lack of clarity on the breakfast options, our stay at Cave Rock Guest House was overall great. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of this guest house is perfect, right next to the beautiful garden and opposite the beach. It's also close to restaurants and shops, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The host was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. the view from the guest house was absolutely stunning.

The bathroom in the studio was quite cold, especially after taking a shower when the whole floor gets wet.

sumner is always a nice place but cave rock guest house really exceeded my expectations. they let us store our luggage early and check in early, the room was clean and quiet, and they even lent us an umbrella. the beach views were stunning and the hosts were friendly.

This hotel exceeded all expectations - from the stunning views of the beach and bay, to the comfortable and well-designed rooms. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed. Moreover, the location couldn't have been better, right across the road from the beach and with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It was the perfect base for both work and leisure, with all the necessary amenities provided.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the location was superb, just a few steps away from the beach and close to restaurants. We also enjoyed the stunning views offered by the hotel and the secure parking was helpful.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as toiletries, and the room was not equipped with sufficient lighting.

I couldn't have asked for a better location. Being just steps away from the beach and surrounded by charming shops and restaurants made my stay at Cave Rock Guest House truly enjoyable. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The value for money was excellent, and I appreciated the beautiful property and its proximity to everything Sumner has to offer. I look forward to returning and experiencing all that this wonderful destination has to offer. I highly recommend Cave Rock Guest House for a superb stay.
