I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location on a hill provided breathtaking views of the Bay of Islands. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. I enjoyed relaxing by the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The hotel also offered various leisure activities like hiking and cycling. this place surpassed my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The room was smaller than expected, and the WiFi did not work at all during our entire stay. the pool area was also a bit disappointing, as it was not as well-maintained as we had hoped.

Our stay at Chalet Romantica was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The Romantic Suite we stayed in was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a king size bed, sitting area, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The highlight was definitely the balcony, which offered breathtaking views of the bay of Paihia - the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine.

The homemade cooked breakfasts each morning were delicious and a delightful way to start the day. Although it was a bit different eating with strangers, it was an interesting opportunity to have conversations with people from all over the world.
