the hotel itself was very modern and stylish, with comfortable and upmarket furnishings. the staff were fabulous and always willing to assist, from the helpful porter to the knowledgeable wait staff in the restaurant. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the bathrooms had gorgeous tiles. the bed linen was top-notch, and the views over the city were amazing. Plus, the location was ideal, within walking distance to the city centre and all the attractions. I highly recommend staying at Crowne Plaza for a wonderful experience in Christchurch!
