My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel itself was very modern and stylish, with comfortable and upmarket furnishings. The staff were fabulous and always willing to assist, from the helpful porter to the knowledgeable wait staff in the restaurant. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the bathrooms had gorgeous tiles. The bed linen was top-notch, and the views over the city were amazing. Plus, the location was ideal, within walking distance to the city centre and all the attractions. I highly recommend staying at Crowne Plaza for a wonderful experience in Christchurch!

One minor drawback was that there was no 24/7 menu available and room service stopped at 8pm. This caught me off guard when I tried to order at 8:30pm and was recommended to use Uber Eats instead.
