Amazing light installations at The LUMA Southern Light Project, stunning hotel for families. Great meeting venue with beautiful views. I enjoyed the advanced technology in the rooms and the friendly staff outside to take care of my precious vehicle.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, including a small fridge and coffee options. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of hot food and an omelette station. The location was perfect, centrally located and convenient for tour pickups.

The pricing seemed a bit high for what we got, especially considering the lack of extra blankets in the room. The air conditioning was also quite dry, resulting in a dry throat overnight.

Our stay was conveniently located in a quiet area just a short walk away from the town centre. We were close to everything Queenstown had to offer, including lake front restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff provided impeccable service throughout our stay and our room was clean, well-equipped and spacious. We loved the mountain views and the gym, which was perfect for a morning workout. we had a comfortable stay with great facilities.

The breakfast options were limited for vegetarians and vegans like us.

crowne plaza queenstown exceeded my expectations on our recent trip. the friendly staff, great location, and amazing views made our stay truly memorable. i loved the convenience of the airport bus stopping at the hotel and the short walk to the ski bus station. overall, a fantastic experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with everything within close proximity. We were able to easily explore and access all the attractions and restaurants. the breakfast offered beautiful views, which made our mornings even better.

We found hair strands and fake eyelashes on the pillows and bed. the bedding smelled and didn't seem clean.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Queenstown and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The location of this place was superb, right by the lake and opposite the travel centre where most tours depart from. Plus, the staff were second to none, providing exceptional front desk service and making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The premium room I stayed in had fantastic views and the bed was incredibly comfortable with elegant bed linen. It was truly a haven of comfort and luxury.

The rooms felt a bit tired and the bathroom was small and lacked proper lighting. The gym was cramped and not suitable for more than two people.
