Their professionalism and friendliness truly made my stay enjoyable and memorable. the breakfast staff could improve their approach towards guests to create a more welcoming atmosphere.

The suite at Divan Erbil Hotel was so cozy with a separate living room and a big working desk. the plush sofa and free Wi-Fi made me feel right at home.

Some of the breakfast staff made me feel uncomfortable asking for help.

The tasteful classic design of the hotel with its marble floors, brass-lined columns, and crystal chandelier made me feel like I was in a luxurious palace. the hotel's tranquil gardens, filled with olive trees and fountains, were a peaceful oasis for seniors to relax and enjoy nature. the general areas were easily accessible, making it convenient for older guests to move around comfortably.

I would suggest better accommodations for senior guests, maybe more seating areas. the children working there could provide more assistance for seniors.

pros super clean rooms - close to everything - staff always ready to assist. the sushi bar on the 21st floor comes highly recommended. top-notch service from nadine and arshad.

The stay at Divan Erbil Hotel was simply perfect. The prices were a bit high, but with a good discount rate and a free upgrade, it was worth it. The breakfast was amazing and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional, especially Fayz, Ardalan, Karzan, and Miss Moony. The lobby was impressive and the hotel had a great pool. I had a wonderful experience.

From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Arshad, Nadine, Rima, Kaywan. the one-bedroom apartment felt like a luxurious retreat, and the food quality surpassed expectations. the hotel's amenities and incredible city views made my experience unforgettable.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The swimming pool was a highlight for me - it was a spacious 140m and the water temperature was just perfect. They even provided free drinking water and fresh green apples, which was a nice touch. The best part was the late check-out option, where they allowed me to stay in another room until 6 pm. The hotel's proximity to the airport and my business destination was a major plus.

I felt very well during my stay and had no reason to complain.

The hotel had all the killer views and dope vibes, perfect for chill hangs and epic selfies. the rooftop bar was straight fire! We felt like celebs up there, living our best lives.

Just one thing - we wished for a livelier nightlife scene around the hotel. More party options for night owls like us would have made our stay even more off the hook!

The hotel is located in a great area, just off a beautiful park with a running track. It offers excellent facilities including a gym, pool, and massage rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist guests. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping service. The buffet breakfast is delicious and the valet staff provides excellent service.

The security staff at the car entrance can be rude and unprofessional.

This was an amazing experience! I loved the complementary welcome drink and fruit basket upon arrival, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the rooftop pool was stunning and offered an amazing view of the city skyline.

The breakfast could have been better, with more variety and options. I wish that the gym had been more well-equipped.
