I chose this hotel for a session due to its gym, restaurant, cocktail bar, meeting room for up to 24 guests, and room service.

The only service I missed for my work was the absence of a reliable card-scan function for easy access to the hotel, especially when having to take my dog out late at night.

My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional! the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure my experience was top-notch. the room service was prompt, and the meal I ordered was world-class – the fillet was cooked to perfection and reasonably priced. the decor of the hotel is charming, in line with the local Art Deco architecture, giving it a unique and luxurious feel. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

One aspect that could be improved is the room cleaning service, as some guests, including myself, experienced issues with room cleanliness during an extended stay. it would be beneficial to have clearer instructions in the rooms regarding emergency procedures, such as in case of a fire or earthquake, to ensure guests' safety and peace of mind.

The hotel's location was top-notch, with safe underground parking and a GREAT staff. the modern rooms were spacious and stylish, with super comfortable beds and cool decor.

The location of Swiss-Belboutique in Napier was excellent, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the area and access all the attractions within walking distance.

One issue we encountered during our stay was with the bathroom basin setup. The tap spout was positioned just above the rim of the basin, causing water to spill onto the vanity top whenever we tried to use it.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. It is right across the road from a large supermarket, making it easy to grab any necessities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

There seems to be some confusion at the front desk during check-out, potentially indicating a lack of staff presence.

The lady at the reception was incredibly helpful, going out of her way to accommodate our needs. The Nespresso machine in the bedroom was a great perk. The secure underground car parking was convenient. The air conditioning in the bedroom was appreciated.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep well due to the different heights of the two mattresses put together. the bathroom faucet was poorly designed and didn't extend far enough to reach the sink properly.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. the availability of a laundry facility was convenient, especially during a longer stay. the hotel's location was ideal, with a Pak n save store conveniently situated across the road, making it easy to stock up on essentials.

One major drawback was the lack of parking on site, despite it being advertised on the website. Having to constantly move my car every two hours was a hassle, especially during a busy holiday season.
