I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the wooden chalets gave them a quirky and cozy feel. From my room, I could enjoy a tranquil view of the Thames estuary, which was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the included breakfast served in my room was a convenient and delicious perk. The staff, especially Barbara at the reception, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location of this hotel, perched on top of a hill, provided stunning views of the Thames and the sea. It was also conveniently close to everything and the CanyonNZ activity.

The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and beautiful views of the surrounding area. the owners were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. the location was great, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment away from the busy city.

The maintenance of the property needs improvement, with worn out decking and pathways that are hazardous, especially if you have young children. the pool area was not properly secured, posing a potential danger for children.

I recently stayed at this luxury hotel on the outskirts of suburban Thames and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - from the housekeeping to the airport shuttle, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. I especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the lush garden where I could unwind after a long day. And let me not forget the delicious breakfast that was brought to my room each morning - the perfect way to start my day.

The view from our cottage was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the water and the hills in the distance, it was like a postcard. the cottage itself was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for our weekend stay. the owners were friendly and provided great recommendations for nearby activities and attractions. We also loved the personal touch of the complimentary local liqueur, it was a nice way to relax in the evenings.

One thing to note is that the access to the cottages was a bit challenging, especially for guests with mobility issues. the steep steps and walkways made it difficult to carry our luggage.
