The location was perfect, close to shops, trains, and the Hutt hospital. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved that the motel was outside of town, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Plus, we had a lovely view from our room. we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in Lower Hutt.

The room was equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a safe for my valuables. The staff provided excellent service, with room service and housekeeping ensuring that I had a comfortable and clean environment throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a shuttle service which made getting around the area much easier. the quality of service and the amenities provided here were top-notch.

The staff at the counter were extremely welcoming and attentive. They even went out of their way to warm the room and leave a sweet note for us. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The motel rooms were spacious and perfect for our family. The main TV had excellent channels for the kids to enjoy. We were also impressed with the strong and reliable wifi signal. we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back to this motel.

there was some wall damage that was noticeable in the kitchen and it detracted from an otherwise high standard motel. However, it didn't impact our overall experience negatively, but it would have been nicer if these issues were addressed beforehand.
