The hotel's location in the underground park is quite convenient as it is right by the water taxi. Also, it is close to the airport, so it is an excellent choice for those who prioritize proximity. Moreover, if you are down there skiing, it's a convenient place to stay. The bathroom's water temperature is consistent, and the view of the lake is lovely.

We stayed at Hilton for a weekend getaway. The staff were exceptional, especially the bar tender at Cru Wine Bar & Lounge. Our room had stunning views of Lake Wakatipu. The spa room was fun with a divine bed. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a convenient water taxi into town. We enjoyed great burgers at Stacks and the buffet breakfast at Wakatipu Grill. The room size was exceptional and the bathroom was nice.

The view from the room was quite nice and we enjoyed the complementary cookies and water bottles. the hotel was situated in close proximity to shops and restaurants, which made dinner plans easy to organise. the hot tub was relaxing and enjoyable as well.

On New Year's Eve there was a lot of noise which made it difficult to sleep. the room was outdated and in need of refurbishment.

The spacious and luxurious room at this hotel was impeccable. The large bathroom provided all of the exclusive amenities one would need, including a relaxing Jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. The service was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs. The heated swimming pool, Spa & wellness centre, and sun terrace were just a few of the wonderful aspects of this hotel that made our stay unforgettable. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious food and drinks, and the private facilities were truly impressive.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay at this hotel was the lack of clear lift access and room numbering conventions. It was initially confusing to navigate, and it took some time to figure out the correct route to our room.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful bathtub in our room, and the stunning lake views that we woke up to each morning. The staff were helpful and made our stay comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

We absolutely LOVED it! This was my first visit to a resort instead of a backpackers, and it was really my idea of heaven! Fresh sheets everyday, perfect shower, and an alpine feel to the rooms with a cozy fireplace. Greg at the front counter was lovely and gave us great tips about the resort. The young lady in the wine bar makes amazing cocktails. The computers in the reception were always available, and the daily iced water with lemon wedges in the lobby was a nice touch. Valet service and free car park spots were excellent.

My husband and I had an incredible honeymoon at the Hilton. The staff went above and beyond, making our stay for his birthday and our anniversary truly special. They surprised us with little treats in our room and even a birthday cake. The views from our room over Lake Wakatipu were breathtaking, and the facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. We couldn't speak more highly of the staff and their attentive service. We will definitely be coming back to Hilton!
