We had a fantastic family stay here. The location was central to everything, which made exploring the area very convenient. We loved being right beside one of the Maori villages and the thermal park. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

It seemed that the restaurant could benefit from having more staff as the service was a bit slow.

The heated pool and spa were amazing, providing relaxation and fun for both adults and children. The children's room kept the little ones entertained for hours with gaming systems and toys. The location was perfect, offering a picturesque view of the steam clouds from the thermal pools. The guest laundry was a helpful amenity, and the room had thoughtful features like coat hangers with clips. staying at this hotel felt like a local activity in itself without the need to pay extra.

My recent stay at this hotel was wonderful! The pool was refreshing and the staff were very helpful. When I couldn't find any towels, the receptionist immediately brought some to me. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely calm location, helpful staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast selection with coffee machine, clean lobby and restaurant area.

Bed was ultra-comfortable and room was neatly presented, emanating a pleasant aroma. Early check-in was available, which was a great help. Pool was perfect size for kids, and pool toys kept them busy for long time; spa pools were also clean and at the right temperature. Tasty included breakfast and excellent dinner buffet. Well-equipped and immaculate fitness center.

The hotel's location was perfect, being close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a great garden view. The service was amazing, especially the evening staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. We enjoyed an excellent buffet breakfast and the pool and spa area was a great spot to relax.

The lobby was cold which made it very uncomfortable to relax and the air conditioner fan in our room was noisy, which was a bit disruptive.

Staying here was great! The location was perfect, close to some really fun tourist attractions! The staff were super helpful and accommodating, always suggesting some great activities for me and really helping me make the most of my time here. The room was great as well, with all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. Plus, the swimming pool and garden area were great for relaxing after a busy day. And, the restaurant had some really delicious local dishes!

Had an amazing Xmas break at this hotel. Loved the complimentary water bottle filler and the bike storage facility. the hotel location was great - with easy access to nearby attractions.

The breakfast was a let down, as some dishes took too long to be replenished. the pools didn't open until a bit too late for early risers like us.
