I had a great stay in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, as I was able to walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. Furthermore, the room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom that made me feel like I was in an apartment. The staff at the front desk were also excellent, making check-in a breeze.

It would have been much more convenient if there was designated parking for hotel guests.

We had a great time here - the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of town near lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the room itself was really comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Apart from where the kids slept, there was lots of space for us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area.

The room was incredibly comfortable with a great layout and the hotel's central location made exploring easy. However, noise from nearby construction and a freight rail line were disruptive, impacting sleep quality. Despite these challenges, the hotel's attention to detail in room design was a standout feature.

The kitchenette and large bathroom drawers were helpful for storage. On top of it all, the staff were friendly and welcoming, serving a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room had a great balcony view of the city and the Tauranga Club was a fantastic addition. I definitely recommend trying the pork belly for dinner! The location was perfect, with local restaurants and cafes just down the road.

Our recent stay exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary apples and free newspapers. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved that everything was within walking distance. the room was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. One highlight of our visit was the delicious Thai meal we had at a local restaurant.

While our stay was overall enjoyable, we did have a couple of minor issues. the television in the room was a bit small, making it difficult to watch while laying in bed.
