I had a fantastic stay at Kaka Retreat Motel on Stewart Island. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette that had everything I needed. The bathroom was recently renovated and had great shower amenities. I loved relaxing on the balcony after a long hike and being surrounded by the beautiful kaka birds. Lynn and Karina were excellent hosts and I highly recommend this motel.
