The staff at DoubleTree were absolutely brilliant! They provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special shoutouts to Adrian, Antonela, Sharon, Veevta, and Olivia for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The room amenities exceeded our expectations, with a living room and stunning lake view. The location was peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel also offered discounted tickets for the Water Taxi, which we found very helpful in exploring Queenstown.

The hotel's location, away from the city, provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The water taxi service to Queenstown was convenient and offered a discounted trip for hotel guests. The breakfast served at the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I had the best time staying here. The location was stunning, with a beautiful lake view that I could admire from my window. The staff was friendly, and the room service made me feel like royalty. The amenities were fantastic, and I was impressed by the in-room kitchen that let me cook my meals when I needed to. The apartment was clean and well-appointed with everything I needed, from an ironing board to a mini-bar. The beds were so comfortable, and I could sleep soundly, listening to the birds outside. it was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

I did experience some difficulty finding parking during my stay.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary movie theatre and the delicious cookies offered upon check-in. The hotel's location was convenient, close to public transportation and shops. Most importantly, the breathtaking views from my room made my stay unforgettable.

Breakfast was not an option on site and getting the premium wifi was complicated. Finding parking for my car was also difficult due to limited availability.
