We stayed at a hotel located in a tourist area, which was perfect for our family vacation. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, satisfying everyone's tastes. the hotel had a beautiful spa with a hammam that provided a unique and relaxing experience.

We did encounter some language barriers with the restaurant staff, as they only knew a limited amount of basic English.

We had a great stay at a hotel located by the side of a motorway, around 45 minutes walk from the city center. The calm area on the highway was perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The staff was excellent, providing helpful assistance with everything we needed. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel also had a spa and a restaurant with delicious food.

The gym facilities were a bit lacking.

The pool with warm water at Kapadokya Hill Hotel & Spa was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and it added to the overall wonderful experience during our stay. The room was also very spacious and clean, with a really comfy bed. The design of the hotel was interesting and nice, and we appreciated the attention to detail. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us a complimentary breakfast even though we arrived early for check-in. the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a pool, jacuzzi in our room, and a fantastic spa. the Turkish bath was especially wonderful, and the service provided by the staff, especially May, was exceptional. the front office staff were also helpful in arranging tours and transportation. the highlight of our stay was when the hotel surprised my boyfriend with a birthday cake, even though we hadn't mentioned it to them. It was a truly unforgettable trip and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a special experience in Cappadocia.

One negative aspect is the communication with the staff, as there were instances where guests had to chase up requests with reception or managers.

We had a mixed emotion experience, the room was top-notch, and we enjoyed the free parking and tasty dinner. we appreciated the extra turndown and in-room breakfast that were both offered for free. the hotel is well-located near many interesting activities and attractions, which made it easily accessible and convenient.

, The old air conditioning unit was quite noisy, and it continued to wake us up throughout the night. to this, the staff was mainly impolite and lacked the necessary training.

Indulged in delicious Turkish dishes with amazing rooftop views. Pampered myself with rejuvenating massages and facials at the spa. Complimentary WiFi and helpful concierge made my stay more enjoyable.

Got super excited when the giant screen TV turned out to be just the beginning of elegance.

The hotel's luxurious amenities were beyond our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre offered exceptional treatments and was well managed. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were clean and well-maintained. the massage and full body massage were relaxing and rejuvenating. the restaurant had a great menu and the food was delicious. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The only minor issue we experienced was the difficulty in communicating with some staff members, as only a few were proficient in English. this did not significantly affect our overall experience.
