I recently stayed at a well-designed room at Marsden Viaduct and had a great feeling of relaxation and cleanliness. The interior colors and art were lovely, creating a pleasant ambiance. The location was perfect, within walking distance of most amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable king bed, lounge area, and a large bathroom with a separate bath. The shower had good water pressure and two options - rainfall or adjustable. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for dining and parking. it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be coming back.

The room was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The location was perfect, being close to restaurants and within walking distance to many attractions. One of the best aspects was the efficient and friendly staff, who made our check-in and check-out process seamless. they even granted us an early check-in, which was a lovely surprise for my birthday.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. First, the room wasn't ready at the check-in time, which was a bit frustrating.

I recently stayed at the Marsden Viaduct Hotel and had a wonderful experience. I was in Auckland for a few days and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of the ferry, train station, shopping areas, and great restaurants. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, and I particularly enjoyed the coffee machine and the great water pressure in the shower. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

my recent stay in auckland was amazing, and this time at marsden viaduct was even better. the hotel had beautiful glass walls and serene water ponds, and the room was spacious with a stunning bathroom. the location was perfect, close to restaurants yet quiet at night.

We loved how conveniently located this place was! It's right in the heart of the city, by the harbour and to all the great restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed like a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making sure that our stay was enjoyable.

As foreign tourists, we loved the spacious and clean rooms at Database Hotel. The beds were comfortable and the small balcony added a nice touch. The location was also great, being in the viaduct area. It was a good choice in terms of price and value for money.

Felt so well taken care of, nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at the Marsden Viaduct for a weekend getaway. The service at the front desk was lovely, and the location was fantastic, near all the restaurants and viaduct. Our Deluxe King Room was spacious, and the huge bathroom had an amazing deep bath. The customer service and communication were exceptional, with quick responses to our questions and requests. We were able to change our check-out date and check-in earlier. The room was clean, quiet, and the location was great for shopping and dining. a wonderful stay!

Fabulous stay at the Marsden Viaduct! The proximity to restaurants & bars on the Viaduct basin was a real bonus. The room was beautifully spacious and the bed, linen, and complementary toiletries were all five-star quality. The whole experience was faultless and the hotel itself was beautifully appointed. While everything about the Marsden Viaduct Hotel was perfect, there was one minor issue with the overcommunication prior to check-in. This could be improved for more streamlined guest experience.

I had a fantastic stay here! The room I stayed in was absolutely amazing, and I especially loved the wonderful little balcony overlooking the water, with a view of the Auckland Sky Tower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful, with a great size tub for a relaxing soak and a roomy, nice shower. The coffee amenities provided were excellent as well. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect, with easy walking access to the waterfront, ferries, cafes, and bars. I also appreciated the large room size, two small balconies, and the lovely linen on the comfortable bed. the view from the room and the convenient location were the best aspects of my stay.
