The modern-Scottish themed rooms had so many lovely details, and breakfast options were excellent! I was disappointed that the dining room closed too early. The hosts even provided a games room for fun. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The shower was so luxurious, I almost considered moving in! And did I mention the totally misleading 'early closing' dining room? I need snacks, not regrets!

It was just a reliable pick for a rapid stop in Edinburgh with incredible value for money. I really enjoyed the delicious homemade bread at breakfast, which truly stood out. If you’re a light sleeper, make sure to request a room away from any street noise.

The walls are so thin, I can practically hear my neighbor's gossip sessions. and don’t get me started on the dining room closing too early, where's my late-night snack? I expected complimentary goodies to make up for these mishaps but, of course, was treated like any other guest. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

It was a highlight, perfectly paired with a range of breakfast options, including delicious croissants. Each room is beautifully themed and named for different Scottish clans, creating a cozy, unique atmosphere.

If only I had ordered a Pain au Chocolat for breakfast, but honestly, everything else was so delightful, I couldn't even be sad about it!

Flipping loved my stay here! Ian and David were super lekker, right from the get-go. Brekkie was proper, especially that homemade bread—had to hold myself back not to gobble it all! And it was so cozy between the historic houses, I felt like I was in a whole different world!

Only thing was the busyness of the street sometimes, could hear some noise from outside, but didn’t ruin my good vibes!

Also, I tried to sit down for a meal but the dining room was closed too early. I woudl ve been fine with a complimentary snack at least. Amazing stay! The superior double room had a private bathroom with a rainfall shower, body soap, and shampoo. Loved the cozy seating area, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle. Linen was fresh, and they provided free toiletries and towels. Peaceful location with great heating. Ian and David's hospitality was unmatched! Fantastic breakfast choices every morning.

Staying here was such a treat! Clean rooms, lovely selfmade toast, and the breakfast options were fresh and deliciously varied—especially adored the fried eggs and scrambles served by the charming French waitress. So cozy! 😍

However, the dining room could benefit from staying open a little longer for late-night snacks, and the street traffic was somewhat noticeable at times.
