The room was small and a bit dark but cosy and really quiet. The interior design is of quality, particularly the bathroom and big shower, as well as the equipment. The availability of drinks and snacks is a nice plus, and the staff was really helpful and nice. The free coffees, teas, snacks, and juices 24 hours a day were a very nice touch, as well as a light breakfast provided every day. Comfortable beds too.

Great location right by Central Park and Columbus Circle. the modern and well-equipped rooms were cozy and really quiet. the staff was friendly and helpful and we loved the round-the-clock availability of tasty snacks and drinks.

The lobby and breakfast area was small with no natural light which made it uncomfortable for hanging out. the breakfast serving ended at 10 even on holidays and weekends.

The room was clean, modern and well ventilated. Lovely bathroom with everything needed. Felt safe as a solo female traveler. Great location near Carnegie Hall. Fantastic breakfast selection. Free snacks available.
