For the price we paid, our stay at Millennium was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering it was on a main road. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and just a short walk to the town centre. The staff, especially the male receptionist, were friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, at the top of the steep slope with all the major sites nearby and a short distance walk downhill to the city centre. We loved that everything we needed was under one roof and the service was excellent - the staff reacted to every request with a "can do" attitude. The room was comfortable with excellent amenities, and we enjoyed the beautiful garden furniture outside our patio while we used the free wi-fi.

The hotel offered a shuttle bus service which was convenient for getting around. the location was also great, close to Lake Wakitipu, Queenstown Gardens, and the town center. Additionally, the rooms were spacious which was a welcomed feature.

The reception service was disappointing on multiple occasions. the phone manners of one staff member were poor and their response was rude.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was great - close to town and very convenient. It was about a 10-minute walk to the CBD, and there was even a shortcut through Camp Street lane which made it even quicker. The hotel is situated on a hill, so if you don't mind a little walk uphill, it's ideal. The staff were mostly friendly and provided excellent service.

The view from the lobby was absolutely breathtaking. I was captivated by the picturesque scenery, feeling like I had stepped into a postcard. The spaciousness of my room was also a highlight, with a separate lounge area that added a touch of luxury to my stay. The service at the hotel was commendable too, as they promptly addressed an issue with previous guests leaving rubbish behind. As compensation, they even offered us a complimentary breakfast. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Millennium Hotel Queenstown. I would recommend it to others seeking comfort and space during their stay.
