The location of the hotel was very convenient, just across from the airport. This was great for our early flight. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, especially Kayla, who always had a smile on her face. We also enjoyed the fact that there were amenities provided in the room, such as an electric jug for making hot beverages.

We found the bed to be quite uncomfortable and woke up with backaches every morning. Another downside was the inconsistency of the breakfast staff's attitude.

I stayed at the Novotel near the airport for one night before my early morning flight. The staff were exceptional and helped me with my travel application for Nuie. They even printed the documents I needed and delivered them to my room. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for a restful night's sleep. The hotel staff surprised a guest on their birthday with a chocolate cake and singing happy birthday. The hotel's convenient location near the airport made it easy for guests to collect friends and family coming off early morning flights. The buffet breakfast was nice and it was convenient to have good food available without having to leave the hotel.

The convenience of this hotel is unbeatable, with its prime location right next to the airport entrance. the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. We did experience an issue with our credit card reservation. the hotel made two reservations instead of one and it has been two weeks but we still haven't received the refund for one of the reservations.
