No parking left for my late check-in, but had a quirky adventure parking in a dimly lit carpark. Lift glitch, coffee machine drama, and so-so buffet - but hey, Auckland always shines bright!

The staff at Novotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home during our stay. The room was warm and cozy, with a working AC to keep us comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, making for a refreshing start to the day. The location was convenient, just off the motorway, making it easy to get to. I had a great experience at Novotel and would recommend it to others.

The hotel is conveniently located near a Countdown supermarket, making it easy to grab any essentials. Additionally, it is close to the train station, making transportation a breeze. Another advantage is that it is handy to the racecourse, perfect for those interested in horse racing.

Some aspects of the hotel, such as the breakfast options, were not up to par with expectations.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. the location was also perfect for our business meeting, and the room was clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the delicious food at the restaurant.

The check-out process was confusing. We were told one thing by a staff member, only to find out later that it was incorrect.
