The hotel is conveniently located, allowing easy access to the airport and popular attractions such as the waterfront. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms even offer great views of the city. The breakfast service is efficient and there is a pool available for guests to enjoy.

Noise from the fish market across the street can be bothersome in the early morning.

The top-end location on Cuba Street offers great cafes and easy access to the city. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist with any queries. The beds are comfy and the blockout blinds ensure a good night's sleep. The daily swimming in the heated pool is fantastic, and the staff are accommodating, even switching rooms so our children could have a bath. The location is handy to everything, with great takeaways just across the road. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and parking is convenient.

the staff at Naumi Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was spacious and clean, with two comfortable queen beds. the breakfast offered a delicious buffet with a variety of options, and the staff promptly restocked it when it ran out. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and the city centre. I also enjoyed the pool, spa, and gym facilities on site.

We loved our stay here! This place is right in the thick of things in the strict city centre, making it super easy to get around and explore. The room facilities were top-notch, with an ironing board and heating to keep us comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting on the terrace and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to downtown and Te Papa museum. It was also surrounded by great cafes and dining options to suit any budget. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet, despite being located on a busy street. The beds were comfortable and the floor-to-ceiling views of the city were a pleasant surprise. Plus, the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

This hotel offered exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the sun terrace was stunning and the indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi was very relaxing. the room advantages were exceptional with private facilities exclusive to guests. the staff members provided top-notch service with special diet menus available upon request.

The restaurant and bar/lounge area were not up to par with the rest of the hotel. In particular, the restaurant lacked variety in their menu and the quality of food was subpar for the price.

Great location and comfortable room. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but the staff promptly addressed it and provided a fan to keep us cool. As backpackers, we loved the spacious room and well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for a self-contained stay. The location at the top of Cuba Street was excellent, with easy access to the city and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we also enjoyed the use of the spa pool and fitness room. a great experience with all the facilities we needed.

That the air conditioning in our room didn't work properly, making the room uncomfortably hot. Despite having the air con on, there was no noticeable difference in temperature.

Room service was good. We received complimentary cookies and water. the hotel is situated in the heart of the city and close to all main tourist attractions. the room's interior was modern and eye-pleasing.

The room was small, stuffy, and lacked air conditioning. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep in and even with the windows open, the room remained stuffy.
