The location of the hotel is perfect, centrally located and close to the CBD and great restaurants. The room size is great and the bed is comfortable. The customer service is wonderful, with friendly and helpful staff. The amenities like the washer dryer and TV channels are also appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at Quest. Fast and easy check-in process from the friendly staff who showed us to our apartment. We had a spacious 1 bedroom twin apartment with a lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a good-sized bathroom with luxurious toiletries. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the small balcony and the wide selection of TV channels. The location was excellent, right outside the tram stop and close to great restaurants and cafes. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly.

Furthermore, you'll be right in the middle of horrendous roadworks, which could save you some time in getting to your meetings.

The kitchen facilities in this particular hotel are quite outdated, with utensils and saucepans in need of replenishing and, in some cases, replacing.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even during the busy Christmas period. The bed in our second room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the places we needed to go. The central location was also convenient, and the hotel had a lift. We found one of the rooms in the 2-bedroom apartment to be spacious. There was a great cafe at the base of the hotel for breakfast, and we enjoyed exploring the town and finding fantastic places to eat and see.
