The kitchenette saved me money on eating out. The location was perfect for catching a skybus and exploring the city. The room size was great for my husband and me. The staff were extremely accommodating.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in the central Auckland business district, making it convenient to reach three wineries, explore the absolute city centre, and access taxi services easily. The room was well-equipped with amenities, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. The hotel also offered secure car parking, adding to the convenience for those with a hire car.

The noise levels at night due to nearby bars and clubs could be disruptive, especially during weekends.

The location of this hotel is great for transportation, attending events at Vector Arena, exploring the city, and going shopping. The hotel is conveniently located near the SkyBus City route and has easy access to public transportation. The view from our room on the 13th floor was lovely, with lots of windows and a balcony. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly, even offering to hold our bags when we arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet.

There was one downside to the location of our room on the east side of the building. There was a nearby open-air nightclub that played loud music till 3.15am on a Friday night.

Great location, separate bedroom, excellent communication, accommodating staff, highly recommended, well-equipped room.

Quest On Queen exceeded our expectations in terms of location. Situated right in the heart of the CBD, it made exploring the city incredibly convenient. We were able to easily access all the attractions and shops within walking distance.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as occasional noise from nearby clubs and bars and limited Wi-Fi allowance, they didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

Clean, well-designed apartment for 1-2 people. Thoughtful amenities in kitchen and laundry. Balcony with good views. Convenient location near shopping and restaurants. Early check-in was appreciated. 🌟

Great location right in the heart of the city, close to the harbor and all the shopping and dining options. Staff were friendly and accommodating, attempting to provide a quieter room and even providing ear plugs for the noise at night. The beds were comfortable and the cooking facilities in the apartment were convenient. Plus, having a balcony added a nice touch to our stay.

The noise from the nearby nightclub and street activities was incredibly loud and disrupted our sleep, especially in the early hours of the morning. Additionally, some of the advertised amenities, like a fully equipped kitchen, were lacking with only minimal cooking utensils available.

This place is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk around and explore. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were impressive and included all the necessary things like air conditioning, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great feature.

I highly recommend this venue to others as it was a great place to stay with no issues to mention.

I had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment on Queen Street. the Quest staff were welcoming and even met me at my car to assist with check-in. the apartment itself was modern and clean, with a well-designed layout. I appreciated the little touches like plunger coffee for breakfast and the option of earplugs if needed. the secure building made me feel safe, and the parking at a nearby car park was convenient. the location was excellent, with plenty of cafes, eateries, and shops right outside the door. It was also a great base for exploring Waiheke Island.

Had the best Easter weekend ever! the apartment was incredibly comfortable and surprisingly spacious. the location was perfect for walking around and exploring the city. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even offering complimentary breakfast and a sweet Easter treat.

The kitchen was not well equipped, but we didn't come here to cook a five-course meal so it wasn't a big deal. Plus, some of the rooms were not as nice as others, so it's worth requesting a room on a higher floor for a quieter stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Quest! the location was perfect for us, as it was convenient for catching the ferry, grocery shopping, and dining at casual restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. From our first contact with the hotel management, they were excellent with communication and very accommodating to all our requests. We highly recommend Quest and it's definitely in our top 3 places to stay in the city!
