The best thing about my stay at Holiday Inn Express was the amazing customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. One particular employee, Noah, was especially helpful and understanding. Despite being busy, he took the time to assist me with my luggage and ensure that my needs were met. His exceptional work ethic and dedication really stood out. The hotel itself was also great, with a clean and comfortable room and fantastic amenities like a pool and jacuzzi. The location was convenient, with several good restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown. Despite a minor issue with parking availability, everything else about my stay was perfect.

It was clean and well taken care of, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was phenomenal, exceeding our expectations with many choices for everyone in our family. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were enjoyable. The location in a commerce park was convenient, with a wide variety of restaurants close by for dinner. We were also able to walk to some restaurants, and there was a shopping plaza nearby.

During my Christmas stay, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a King suite with a Jacuzzi tub, providing a luxurious and relaxing stay. The room was well-equipped with amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker, small fridge, and microwave, making it convenient for my needs. The location of the hotel was also a huge plus, being close to the interstate and surrounded by various shopping and dining options, including a nearby gas station. Lastly, the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to my stay.

While my experience was largely positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. Firstly, although the pool was nice, there was an issue with the towels not being properly restocked.

The room was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for my family. the location was also convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Moreover, the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.

Although there were some positive aspects, there were a few negative aspects to note. the pool was unusable, which was disappointing for my kids.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the highway exit and yet still quiet. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with enough space for a pleasant stay. the breakfast options were delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. the water pressure in the shower could have been better, and there were some instances where the food at breakfast was not kept stocked properly.
