Everything! Great location for shopping, tasty breakfast options, fast check-in and check-out!

The Queen room had all the essentials, AC, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Enjoyed the fresh towels and cozy seating area. The indoor pool was a nice way to unwind, and the fitness center had everything I needed. Breakfast was top-notch with a variety of options. Very clean overall.

i've stayed at holiday inn express before, but this time in morgantown exceeded my expectations. the amenities were impressive, especially the breakfast options which were hot and varied. also, the staff catered to my needs during my stay, which made my time there more enjoyable.

However, our experience wasn't perfect. We faced some room key issues that required multiple trips to the front desk. The ice machines were both out of order, which was a bit disappointing.

The beds in our Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning! We loved the cleanliness of our room, and how nicely the hotel was managed. Plus, the hot breakfast options really kick-started our day, with an assortment to satisfy everyone!

The room was cozy and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds. We enjoyed the filling breakfast and loved how close we were to restaurants and shopping. Staying with my girlfriend made the visit feel even more special.

My kids wished for more breakfast options, like pancakes.

The room was clean and super comfy! I got a King suite with a Jacuzzi, which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of seating, and the desk was handy for work. A small fridge and microwave were also in there. But, the couch was pretty low. Breakfast included a pancake maker, but the butter was rock hard, which was a pain. Staff was great, though, really welcoming and funny!
