I am thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the tasty breakfast they served. The location was fantastic, as it was situated parallel to Queen Street, providing easy access to the city's attractions, including the harbor, Sky Tower, and numerous shops and restaurants. The staff were efficient and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

The room was modern and had a great design. the location was convenient, close to key attractions, and easily accessible. the breakfast offered was delicious and a good start to the day.

There were a few small inconveniences that affected my overall experience. the check-in process was a hassle at 3 am due to a system issue, causing unnecessary delays.

The atmosphere was excellent. Frontline staff member Storm provided exceptional customer service. The room was clean, crisp, and well laid out. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Great location near the main street and Sky Tower. Big rooms. Free newspaper every morning. Breakfast starts early for early morning tours.

We were pleasantly surprised with this place. Located in the heart of the city, it was walking distance to some great dining options, with a convenience store located opposite which was handy. Despite being in an area with a lot of 1 way roads, it was easy to navigate around. The service here was great, from room service to the staff at the reception desk who explained everything to us as new customers.

This place is ideal, centrally located in the heart of Auckland. Its location had space for my family, and it was within walking distance of the Sky Tower where we had an event. We were able to explore central Auckland on foot, which was great for us because we like to stay active. The service was wonderful, with friendly and professional staff who were always ready to provide assistance. The room was tidy, comfortable, and quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the restaurant manager was amazing. The front desk team was also helpful, allowing me to check in early and check out late.
