The staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is close to the station and central for the centre of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very spacious bed. They organized a taxi for us immediately when we needed it, and even arranged for an early breakfast on the morning we left. We were also entertained by a family of seagulls on the roof outside our window!

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from Union Square and all the shops and restaurants in the area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
