Spent Christmas in a beautiful location, hearing the river nearby was very relaxing, and it was perfect for a family getaway. The cabin was spacious and had all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. The kayaks and life jackets available were an added bonus for free fun in the river.

There were quite a few cobwebs in the cabin, which wasn't great for someone who's afraid of spiders. , changing the linen was a bit of a hassle, as we had to ask multiple times for it to be done.

The setting sun on the balcony is breathtaking. The kids will love the access to the playground, picnic area, and free kayaks. The highlight of the stay is the swimming hole at the end of the day, surrounded by birdsong and the babbling river. The hosts, Murray and Dorothy, are exceptional and will ensure you have a memorable experience.

The friendly owners made me feel welcome and their helpful welcome booklet provided all the information I needed. The bush view from my cottage was simply breathtaking, with falcons gracefully flying through the trees. The highlight of my trip was swimming in the river's beautiful swimming hole, surrounded by the soothing sounds of birdsong and the babbling river. I had a truly relaxing and memorable break at this little paradise.
