I had a fantastic stay at a hotel connected directly to a shopping mall. the bathroom was modern and spacious, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. I appreciated the prompt housekeeping service and the reasonable spread at the breakfast buffet. the hotel's decor and simple touches like free drinks and nuts in the room added to the overall experience. the staff were excellent, providing great service throughout my stay. the convenient location made it easy to access shops and eateries in the area.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Its location is very convenient, being right next to a shopping mall and in the city centre. The room was spacious, modern and nicely decorated. The staff was always friendly, and we loved the daily housekeeping service. The facilities were top-notch, with a leisurely swimming pool and a fitness centre. The restaurant offered delicious halal food and a great variety of options for breakfast. We were impressed with the amenities in the room, including a mini-bar, in-room safe and ironing facilities. this place provided excellent comfort and quality services.

My Easter stay at this hotel was fantastic! Two complementary things that I enjoyed were the amazing rooftop pool with breathtaking views and the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from. the location was also great, as it was close to a large shopping center and popular tourist attractions.

Although my overall experience was great, I did have a couple of minor issues, such as slow check-in service, being issued only one key, and getting different answers from different staff about the same thing.
