Great views from the room.

The elevators were a nightmare. With only two functioning, expect to waste time waiting, especially during peak hours. The front desk staff lacked basic customer service skills, often appearing rushed and indifferent. It was frustrating that the gym and other facilities felt outdated and unclean, making the hotel feel less appealing for the price charged.

The hotel offered a surprisingly spacious room with an amazing view, making my stay quite enjoyable.

The balcony provided stunning city views and the room had all the comforts of home, including a washing machine and a dishwasher! !

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk to Spark Arena and Queen Street. It's also easy to catch a cab or Uber if you prefer not to walk, making it perfect for a night out with friends. The lounge area is cozy, and the breakfast options were good to start our day.

I spent 9 nights in a comfy room where I enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the wide breakfast selection, which really made my mornings. The sauna options for relaxation were a nice bonus. The only bummer was the long wait for the elevators sometimes, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😊

staff were super helpful moving us to a better room for more space. really disappointing to find part of the lamps were broken and the drains had a bad smell.

This place suits me perfectly! It provides free wi-fi, a fitness center, a restaurant, and 24-hour reception. On my first visit, staff helped me with my bags. I highly recommend staying here for a cozy and comfortable stay. I’ll be back for a weekend!

The location was perfect for exploring the city, easily accessible by scooter. The two-bedroom setup was great for our family, providing both comfort and safety, especially with the secure doors that kept the kids safe. The staff were exceptionally friendly, which added to our enjoyable stay. Only downside was the valet parking fee, which was a bit steep at NZ$35.

stayed for 3 nights and loved how close it was to queen street! the staff were super friendly, especially the guy at the front desk. also enjoyed the bar/lounge area, perfect for chilling after a day out. Just wished the elevator was a bit faster. it took forever, especially during busy times.
