The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were exceptional. Being located in the vibrant Fulton district offered easy access to trendy West Loop restaurants off Randolph Street. Moreover, the friendly staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

This hotel is located in the vibrant Fulton district, close to numerous West Loop restaurants. the room we stayed in was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful; they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop pool had a stunning view. the room's decor was modern and clean, and we loved the unique art and vintage bathing suits displayed around the pool area.

It would have been more convenient if guests could book restaurant reservations through the reception rather than having to contact the restaurants directly.

This hotel has a fantastic vibe, with a cozy lobby/restaurant area that is beautifully decorated for the holidays. The location is amazing, and the rooms are comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar are incredible, perfect for party people. The breakfast at Cira is delicious, with plenty of healthy options.

I loved staying at this place! The location was perfect with awesome restaurants and bars nearby, as well as quick access to transportation. The atmosphere in the lobby was just right for me to focus on my work, the staff was super helpful and the rooms were cozy with modern decor - definitely my style. I also appreciated the option to rent a bike and explore the surroundings. The view from my room was simply wonderful!

The lobby area was ideal for working remotely, with cozy modern and well-laid-out rooms. It was surrounded by an excellent food scene, and the staff was always on hand. I had a successful stay at Hoxton.

Our romantic escape was made extra special thanks to the complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates waiting for us in the room. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, and easy access to public transportation. We also loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby, which made for a lovely spot to relax.

Our room was not up to par. These inconveniences made it feel more like a hostel than a hotel.

Located in a vibrant neighborhood with numerous dining and entertainment options nearby, The Hoxton Chicago offers a convenient base for exploring the city. Guests can easily access downtown and the lake area via the L train. The lobby area creates a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff goes above and beyond to assist guests. The option to rent out bikes is a nice touch, allowing for a fun and eco-friendly way to explore the neighborhood.

The hotel lacks certain amenities such as a do-not-disturb sign, and housekeeping services may be inconsistent at times.

Value for money was excellent, and the room was comfortable with a great view. The location was perfect, being in a hipster neighborhood with plenty of food and drink options, yet still close to the loop. The staff at Hoxton were amazing, always going out of their way to help and find me a room with a superb view.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.
