The facilities were brand new and top of the line, including a fantastic gym and modern, comfortable rooms. The food options were diverse and delicious, with Indian and Italian cuisine standing out as our favorites. The buffet had a great selection and the Made-to-Order stations were a nice touch. The drinks were also excellent, with not too much alcohol but just the right amount of flavor. the Hyatt Zilara provided us with an unforgettable experience with its excellent customer service, beautiful facilities, and great dining options.

Best aspects of our Christmas trip included the outstanding service provided by the staff, especially our butler who went above and beyond for us. We also loved the spa, with its skilled massage therapists and attentive receptionist. Additionally, the beautiful room view and excellent restaurants made our stay even more memorable.

The beach was also fantastic, with no pushy vendors. it was a wonderful experience.

We celebrated our honeymoon at Hyatt Zilara and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff entertainment was always attentive to make our stay fun. We enjoyed the aqua park at the Ziva facilities and felt like kids again. The beautiful beach with its stunning sea and sand color made it a paradise. The hotel had huge pools and hot tubs, comfortable beds, and everything was brand new and clean. The food options were fantastic, especially the Italian and steak restaurants. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, always making sure we were enjoying our stay. The nightly shows were filled with talent, and we loved the Michael Jackson performance. We also appreciated their commitment to the environment by eliminating straws and plastic utensils. The hotel had plenty of fun activities during the day, including beach Olympics, dancing lessons, and water aerobics. a great stay with lovely staff and delicious fresh food.

I had an incredible stay at Hyatt Zilara in Punta Cana. The hotel and surrounding grounds were absolutely beautiful, and the beach with its white sand and clear water was a dream. The staff went above and beyond to provide friendly and helpful service. I also loved the variety of dining options, with multiple restaurants to choose from. The concierge was always there to assist, and there were plenty of excursions available for those looking to explore outside the hotel.

The only drawback was the lack of heated pool, which made it a bit chilly to swim. Additionally, I was expecting a beach bag upon arrival, but unfortunately, it wasn't provided like in the other Hyatt Zilara property I visited in Cancun.
