The apartment has a cozy vibe, perfect for a good night's sleep. Cooking in the kitchen and dining on the deck overlooking the pool felt just like home. the pool area is spotless and inviting, with the beach just a stone's throw away.

The Reef Beachfront Apartments offered a great beachfront location with easy access to the beach. the staff promptly communicated about the pool heater being out of order but assured us the water was still swimmable. the apartment was complete with everything we needed. the pool and spa were clean and perfect for family fun, enhancing our relaxation. Being near landmarks like the Classic Flyers Aviation Museum and Mainstreet the Mount added to the bonding experience with my daughter.

The helpful and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, being right across the road from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The onsite secure parking was a bonus.

My recent stay at the beachfront apartments was absolutely amazing. The spacious apartment had a big balcony with a stunning sea view, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool and spa pool were lovely, and the secure parking gave me peace of mind. The manager was extremely helpful and made sure any issues were promptly resolved. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this property.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the exclusive amenities that were provided. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were highlights, with sun loungers available for use. We were also thrilled with the beach access, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the room advantages were exceptional, with a private Jacuzzi available for use. the service was impeccable, with friendly staff always on hand to help with our requests.

This made it challenging for less experienced swimmers or those with children to enjoy the pool safely.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right across the road from the beach and close to the iconic Mount Maunganui. You can easily enjoy walks on the beach and take in the stunning views. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The property also provides a warm pool and spa, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

It would have been nice to have some basic kitchen essentials like cooking oil and salt/pepper provided.

The complementary wine and chocolates were a nice touch and the towels were soft and fluffy. the location was great, only a short walk to the beach and the views were breathtaking. the heated pool was definitely a highlight and we enjoyed having it mostly to ourselves.

The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. They seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than providing good customer service.
