The staff were friendly and welcoming. The entrance was grand with amazing tiled floors and lots of glass accompanied with some amazing chandeliers. The courtyard had a cute Tuscan feel to it which was perfect for a photoshoot.

The rooms were very small with no space to put anything. The rooms were marketed incorrectly, as there were misleading photos of other rooms included in the marketing.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff in a beautiful lobby that exuded warmth and cosiness. The room itself was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully executed. The bed and bedding were incredibly luxurious, providing us with a night of amazing sleep. The bathroom was equipped with a nice shower, heated towel racks, a great shower head, and excellent water pressure. The hotel's classic but contemporary French countryside meets chic boudoir theme was exquisite, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. The hotel also provided modern conveniences such as USB ports, Netflix on the TV, air conditioning, and a transparent bedroom-bathroom design that could be closed for privacy. The check-in process was seamless, and we even received complimentary wine and snacks upon arrival. We also enjoyed a beautiful internal courtyard view from our room. this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, and we will definitely be back.

The bathroom door in some rooms was reported to be broken and unable to slide open or close properly.

We had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the town hall where we attended a Christmas show. We also loved that it was close to the city center with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants to explore. The room facilities were superb, including a microwave and toaster for convenience. We were also welcomed with complimentary gifts like chips, chocolate, sparking, and wine. The room was clean, neat, and had everything we needed, including a cozy bathrobe. The Netflix in the room was a great bonus, and we enjoyed watching movies from the bath.

That despite it being the non-peak season, we couldn't check in any earlier, which was a bit inconvenient. The comfort level of the roll-over bed was also compromised, making it suitable for children or less fussy adults.
