We stayed in a 2 bedroomed villa with a built-in Miele Coffee machine in the kitchen, a massive bathroom with gorgeous free toiletries, and a big fireplace with the comfiest sofas ever. The outdoor spa and pool were a delightful addition. The villa was spacious, well-equipped, and offered great value for money.

The electric fireplace added a cozy touch. The bedroom had ample storage space and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also loved having a small courtyard off the bedroom. The bathroom was spacious, with a shower stall and spa-bath for ultimate relaxation. The location was convenient, just a short 5-minute walk to the lakeside and a scenic walk into town. The staff, particularly Alec, were quick to assist with any issues we had, such as difficulty with the TV. The apartment was clean and quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The facilities, including the spa and pool, were inclusive and well-maintained. We also appreciated the little touches like the supplied washing powder and the cool coffee machine in the kitchen. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its comfortable and spacious accommodation.

The glassware and crockery provided could have been of better quality, as some items were chipped and did not match the luxury standard of the apartments.

The fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities were very convenient. the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering helpful suggestions. We experienced excessive noise levels from thin walls that allowed us to hear every word of our neighbors' conversations and TV shows. The apartment felt hot and stuffy with no security or fly screens, which allowed mosquitoes to enter.

Our room was also a highlight, with private facilities and a sun terrace overlooking the beautiful surroundings.

The only downside we experienced was the limited dining options on-site, as there were no restaurants or cafes within walking distance. However, the hotel staff were more than happy to offer recommendations for nearby eateries and even arranged transport for us.
