The private hot tub in our room was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. the staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, and beautiful views of the surrounding scenery.

During the New Year holiday, the hotel was overcrowded and noisy. Breakfast was always busy, with long lines and limited seating.

We loved the convenient location of this place. There were plenty of eateries around, making it easy for us to find delicious meals. The staff were friendly and responsive, always quick to accommodate our requests. The rooms were beautiful, and we enjoyed the variety of spa options available, including the relaxing waterfall massage bed.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It offers great service, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic spa experience.

Hot Springs Bliss

Arriving at Art Spa Resort, I was captivated by the beautiful hot spring pools, both indoor and outdoor. The sodium bicarbonate hot spring water left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The lifeguards and pool attendants ensured a safe and enjoyable experience. The spacious and clean Western Style Hot Spring Double Room with its big hot spring tub overlooking the scenic view provided a truly tranquil escape. Although the check-in and check-out times were a bit inconvenient and the room lacked a tea table, the incredible spa pools and the overall value for money make Art Spa Resort a must-visit destination. I highly recommend this hotel.
