The hotel is close to Grand Central Station, and we explored Times Square. The fitness center has everything from a Peloton to free weights, which was great for staying active. The self-check-in process was smooth. Happy hour on the 27th floor was a highlight!

However, we did face an issue. One of my friends had water leaking from the ceiling in their room, which was quite disruptive and not ideal.
