The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were greeted warmly and made to feel at home throughout our stay. The Philippine guy at the reception was especially helpful, and Ms. Devi was incredibly friendly and patient. The hotel also had a helpful and polite staff, including the cook, security, and cleaners. We really appreciated their hospitality and assistance.

We felt most welcome during our stay at the hotel and had no complaints at all.

This hotel was a great value for money. The location in the commercial area made it very convenient for us to explore the city. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially loved how clean and bright our room was, with its new furniture.

Had a great weekend at a hotel in the city center. Enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast and the welcoming staff. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also had a beautiful rooftop pool, perfect for a dip and some sun.

The wifi was unreliable and slow, which made it difficult to get work done. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and worn, but still comfortable.
