The service was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire and laundry services. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, which was perfect for some relaxation. The pool area was great with a heated swimming pool and sun loungers. this place exceeded our expectations and we will definitely come back.

The location was also ideal, with easy access to attractions such as the Qaboos Mosque, Mutrah souq, and Omani Mall, thanks to the free shuttle service. We also enjoyed the amazing food at Duke's Bar.

Complimented for the festive decoration and a free ride to the market, good reasons for staying during Xmas. the place was situated a stone's throw from the ocean, which made for wonderful walks and stunning views. Room service was prompt and the food was ample and tasteful.

There was a musty smell that didn't go away even after opening the windows and the staff were a bit rude during check-in. Beware of the beach being too small and being crowded with non-residents.
