Our stay at Ramada Encore By Wyndham Muscat Al-Ghubra was delightful. The Executive King Suite we booked was clean and spacious, offering great value for money. The hotel's prime location near key attractions and its serene ambiance provided a peaceful and convenient experience.

The ambient light in the room was not strong enough, making it a bit gloomy during the day. However, this minor issue did not significantly detract from the overall experience.

During my recent visit to Muscat, I stayed at the Ramada Encore By Wyndham Muscat Al-Ghubra, which was a perfect choice for a transit stay. The convenience of being only 15km away from the Muscat International Airport and the availability of a paid airport shuttle service made my travel arrangements seamless and stress-free.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered was the limited variety of dining options at the hotel's restaurant. While the food was delicious, I would have appreciated a broader selection of cuisines to choose from.

The room was so cozy and comfortable with everything I needed - a desk, kettle, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. I felt right at home!

The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a stunning swimming pool that is safe for families with children. The receptionists, particularly Eric and Eric, are incredibly supportive and go above and beyond to assist guests. The hotel is ideally located near shopping malls and has convenient access to public transportation. The stylish and spotlessly clean rooms, along with the top-notch service culture, make for a pleasant stay.

Felt very welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a sound sleep. the amenities provided were sufficient and in line with the hotel's standards. the location of the hotel was convenient, with all parts of the city easily accessible within a 20-minute drive. One major advantage was the proximity of a hospital where PCR tests could be taken, making it hassle-free for travelers.

While the surrounding area was safe and had a good selection of restaurants, it did feel a bit rough. Another downside was the parking situation, particularly in the basement where the space was limited and maneuvering between cars was challenging.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were very helpful, especially when there was a misunderstanding with our reservation. They quickly resolved the issue and made sure we were comfortable. The room was spacious and had a nice view. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I keep coming back for the warm, helpful staff and perfect amenities. On my first stay, they suggested a great food spot. Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, and more make it ideal. I always return for a romantic escape.

We recently stayed at Ramada Encore and had a fantastic experience. the hotel is centrally located in Al ghubra, making it convenient to explore all the attractions in Muscat. the newly renovated room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable and huge bed. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the check-in process to check-out. Special mention to Mr Romany, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the breakfast and lunch served at the hotel were excellent, and the hotel itself is well-maintained and cared for. a great stay.

Great value for money! The hotel is located in a happening place which is perfect for business travelers. The staff here are friendly, attentive to details, and ready to help. The rooms are equipped with good products to shower and come with breakfast included. The breakfast menu is varied and there are options for vegetarians.

I chose this hotel for attending a business session. The business center and gym were available as promised, and free private parking made it convenient. The high-speed internet access was reliable, and the meeting rooms were well-equipped for my needs. The staff at the front desk, especially Rick, were helpful, and I appreciated being upgraded to an executive suite at a reasonable price.

The one service I missed for my work was the lack of a direct line to the housekeeping and room service. It would have been more efficient to have direct access for any immediate requirements during my business stay.
