Arrived to find out my twin room was unavailable, but got 10-15% off and an apology. Breakfast wasn't ready on time, but the location made up for it. would recommend the place for a short stay.

the staff was always available and very helpful, making us feel welcome. the room was comfortable with all necessary amenities like air-con, heater, and a ceiling fan. we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served right in our room. the location was perfect, near the iconic places and within walking distance to the mosque. we appreciated the care and attention provided by the kind staff throughout our visit.

Breakfast was brought to our room, and the chicken biryani at the restaurant was delightful. the young man at reception was friendly and helpful, and parking and laundry services were available.

The room I booked wasn't available, and the actual room was far from the pictures. Despite a discount, it's my first and last time at this guest house. the clean room at Shelton Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast options were limited, but staff and location were great.
