While the service was generally friendly, my check-in process was frustratingly slow. In addition, I encountered issues with communication regarding my reservation, which impacted my stay.

staff were super friendly and attentive during my 11-night stay at registry collection. breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the hotel is conveniently located only 300 meters from metro estación iglesia del carmen. I especially enjoyed the full-service spa. the steam room was a fantastic way to relax after a long day.

The staff were as sweet as Georgia peaches! Y'all, that breakfast spread was something to write home about, what with all them local dishes. Goodness gracious, I could've feasted all day. Our room was spacious and comfy, a real treat after a day out in the city. Only wish the check-in had been a tad quicker. Bless your heart for a fine stay!
