Celebrated New Year's Eve at a hotel in Panama. Location was perfect with easy access to multiple restaurants and bars. Two complimentary drinks were offered during check-in, which was a nice touch. the hotel also had a great pool area, perfect for relaxing during the day.

Noise levels were very high from the New Year's Eve party, making it difficult to sleep. Bathroom amenities were not up to standard and had to be requested multiple times.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis that fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were my favorite spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. the staff provided excellent service and even offered manicure and pedicure services. the restaurant had a great variety of special diet menus and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

The only minor issue I found was that the cleaning of the room was a bit disorganized some days, which could be improved. this did not affect my overall experience at the hotel.
