The hotel is nestled in the hills, offering stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature. You can enjoy the beauty of flowering bushes and trees in the well-maintained grounds. The main restaurant provides delicious meals, and the staff is pleasant, despite occasional disappearing acts. The cozy rooms have comfortable beds, and some even have sitting areas with mountain views. Additionally, you can explore the estate's hiking trails and enjoy guided bird watching and coffee tours.

The check-in process could use some improvement, as some guests experienced delays and had to wait to be attended to.

A hidden gem nestled in the heart of a coffee plantation. The cozy rooms offer breathtaking views of the mountains. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals with healthy choices. The plantations are a treat to explore. I highly recommend this hotel.

The mountain setting was lovely and there were some beautiful gardens and hiking trails around the lodge. the staff was friendly, and they offered a complimentary breakfast and a coffee tour. It was great to see the coffee processing and to have a free cup of coffee and dessert. the location was nice for exploring nearby areas and enjoying cool temperatures.

Our stay during Thanksgiving wasn't as enjoyable as we'd hoped. Our room was tiny, and there was no air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location up the mountain amidst beautiful gardens was absolutely stunning. The hiking trails around the hotel allowed us to explore the surrounding tropical forest and take in the breathtaking views. The birdwatching experience with Cesar was outstanding, and we were fortunate enough to spot the legendary Resplendent Quetzal. The junior suite with a jacuzzi was spacious and well-designed, and we loved the cozy patio with a fireplace that was lit by the housekeeper. The coffee tour led by Cesar was exceptional, giving us an amazing insight into the coffee production process. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay truly magical!
