The facilities are quite old, with some structures dating back to 1914!!! The bathrooms, while large, could use better updates to enhance the experience!!! The quaint rooms are smaller than expected, and overall, a refreshing renovation would do wonders!!!

Wow, staying here was just magic! The coffee tour with Cesar was a lekker experience, learning all about the coffee processes and tasting the good stuff at the end. The hikes through the lush gardens were just stunning, and we even got to spot some hummingbirds up close!

But, ag man, the restaurant service was often a bit slow – like, waiting ages for food could get a bit frustrating.

Amazing place! My Chimney Suite was super comfy with a hot tub inside and a fireplace. Loved the clean bathroom stocked with free toiletries. The public bath was a nice touch too. Breakfast included delicious fresh fruit, and the coffee tour was enlightening. Staff were attentive, especially during the coffee tasting!
