Noisy air-conditioning.

Great location and easy to access. The complimentary valet parking was a bonus. The breakfast was delightful, and the executive room with a large king size bed, separate living area, and kitchenette was perfect for our long stay. We are definitely going back next week for an 8-day stay at the hotel.

The facilities, like the swimming pool, were great. The breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety of options. The hotel is nicely arranged and clean. The location is convenient, with easy access to Megapolis Mall and other great restaurants in the area. We could easily find taxis to anywhere in the city and it was situated between the sightseeing spots. Near the hotel, there were also excellent restaurants available.

I had a great experience during my recent business trip. the hotel staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything worked fine. I was also impressed with the pool, which was a nice place to relax after a long day of meetings. the location was convenient, with key attractions and amenities nearby.

There were a few aspects that I didn't enjoy. the hotel lacked atmosphere, and it felt like there were very few guests staying.

The hotel is conveniently located near Multicentro Mall, making it perfect for a business trip. You can easily reach the mall by a 2.5 USD Uber ride. The hotel offers spacious rooms with ample closet space and comfortable seating. The bathroom is well-maintained, with fluffy towels provided. The breakfast is satisfying and tasty, ensuring a good start to the day. Guests can also enjoy the pool-topped ceiling and the giant statue head at Multicentro Mall.

We loved the modern and clean rooms, and the location was perfect for us. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, and they even stored our suitcases for free. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were a highlight - there were six on our king bed! We also enjoyed the variety of walkable restaurants and the easy access to the waterfront.

The location is a bit isolated, with not many shops or attractions within walking distance. there were plenty of taxis and public transportation options available.

Great location near Megapolis Mall, restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores. Room had hot water shower/tub, good bath supplies, coffee maker, and free bottled water. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Beds were comfortable and food at hotel restaurants was delicious. Communication with staff was easy even without speaking Spanish. Porters were attentive. Good for business trips.
