We forgot an expensive luggage piece at the hotel, but the staff took great care of it and made sure it was safe until we returned. The location was perfect and the room was comfortable and clean. we highly recommend this hotel.

The Bar/Lounge area was not as impressive as we expected. It lacked luxury and exclusiveness, and the drinks were overpriced.

The breakfast was delicious and they had great coffee. There was also a little gift bag with some chocolates and nice bathroom products. the hotel was in a perfect location, close to the main square and all the tourist attractions. We could also easily walk to restaurants and shops. the room had a nice view and the bed was comfortable.

The staff made us feel like we were a burden. They seemed annoyed when we asked them for recommendations or directions.
