I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the old city. It was within walking distance to the Blue Mosque and the Aya Sofya Museum, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast spread was decent, offering a good variety of options to start the day. the hotel provided a great experience with its top-notch location and excellent service.

That the facilities of the rooms needed some renovation.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Sirkeci and the major tourist attractions. The staff were very accommodating when I accidentally left my key in the room, quickly providing me with a replacement key. great experience and highly recommended.

The hotel had excellent coffee and tea facilities in the room, which was perfect for a quick pick-me-up before heading out to explore the city! the location was also spot on, as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions and only a stone's throw from the tram. the friendly staff were always happy to provide directions and recommendations, which made our city trip a lot more enjoyable.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side and the bath was quite high, which could be inconvenient for elderly or disabled travellers. We also experienced some noise from the outside traffic and occasional construction work, which disturbed our sleep.

Plus, the hotel even accommodated a special birthday surprise for one guest, showing their attention to detail and great service.

The airport transfer service could use improvement, as guests experienced a 20-minute wait at the airport after confirming the transfer. It may be more cost-effective and efficient to opt for a yellow taxi or Uber instead.
