During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the quiet rooms and the safe neighborhood that the hotel was located in. It was a great relief to have a peaceful and secure environment to relax in. Another positive aspect was the elegant restaurant, which offered great quality food at prices that were much lower than what I'm used to in the US. I also appreciated the convenience of having nearby banks, shopping, and restaurants within walking distance.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't appreciate. the mattress in my room was way too soft for my liking, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was impeccable. The hotel had a great pool, which was a pleasant surprise for my kids. The location in Miraflores district was excellent, with the hotel situated in a very safe neighborhood. We were within walking distance to some of the best markets in the area and there were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The breakfast provided a nice variety of both warm and cold options.

The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic, with delicious food and a great variety to choose from. the location was also very convenient, close to many amenities and attractions. One of the best aspects of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff, who always made sure I had everything I needed.

The room I was assigned was very outdated and in need of renovation. the furniture was worn out and the overall quality of the room did not match the price I paid.

From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like a VIP. They were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything I needed. The room was comfortable and I wish I could have stayed longer. The breakfast offered a great variety of warm and cold options. The staff, especially the concierge, were very helpful. The pool was a nice treat, especially for my kids. the staff, amenities, and location made my stay unforgettable. Thank you!

Just had a fantastic stay at the Doubletree in Lima. We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth and our room was lovely - spacious and comfortable with three double beds. The concierge, Christian, went above and beyond to help us plan our day and even made reservations for us. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we were treated to complimentary welcome drinks and cookies. The hotel also had a pool on a high level with incredible city views. Highly recommended!

As a leisure traveler staying for two nights, I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Doubletree By Hilton Lima. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a complimentary Pisco Sour, a delightful treat to start our stay. Despite our early morning departure, the hotel accommodated us with an early breakfast, ensuring we had a satisfying start to our day. The service at all levels, from the General Manager to the staff, was exceptional. The attached taxi services were also top-notch, making our transportation around the city seamless. Special thanks to the guest relations team, headed by Cristian Vasques, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious king suite with two bathrooms, exceeding our expectations. The room was beautifully appointed and exceeded our needs, offering us a comfortable and luxurious stay. We were also delighted to find welcome drinks and cookies in our room, a small touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. The overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, from the doorman to the concierge, made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, we briefly visited the rooftop pool, which offered spectacular views of the city and would be perfect for watching the sunset.
