Great value for the money, the room was lovely with comfortable beds, and the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff treated us wonderfully, from the helpful concierge to the welcoming front desk.

Nothing to fault.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the quiet rooms and the safe neighborhood that the hotel was located in. It was a great relief to have a peaceful and secure environment to relax in. Another positive aspect was the elegant restaurant, which offered great quality food at prices that were much lower than what I'm used to in the US. I also appreciated the convenience of having nearby banks, shopping, and restaurants within walking distance.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't appreciate. the mattress in my room was way too soft for my liking, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is centrally located in the Miraflores district, making it convenient to walk to nearby events and famous restaurants. It is in a safe area of town and in the city center. Guests have praised the staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the rooms were comfortable with good quality linens. The hotel also offers a VIP lounge and spacious suites with large bathrooms.

The hotel rooms may not have the best views, as some guests reported only seeing a brick wall from their rooms.

Had an amazing New Year at this hotel! the live entertainment was fantastic and they had a great fireworks display. the food was delicious and they even offered complimentary champagne! the location was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That the room was a bit cramped for my taste. We had trouble finding space for all of our luggage, and the bathroom was quite small.

Spacious king suite with two bathrooms. Excellent service from Cristian Vasques and his team. Zuma restaurant nearby offered free entertainment. Better value compared to JW Marriott and Atton. Comfortable bed and decent cleanliness.

I enjoyed the varied menu with delicious food that had Peruvian touches. The rooftop pool had great views and the gym offered yoga classes. El Lobby del Pardo restaurant served fine international cuisine.

Oh, and let's not forget the lovely view from my room of the magnificent adjacent walls. Absolutely stunning.
