the breakfast buffet was a sad display of limited, bland food, and the rude receptionist questioned my reservation without any apology. i expected some special treatment for my troubles, but alas, no room upgrade or complimentary gesture was offered. i almost thought about giving a good review, but simply couldn’t.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options. The location was a short walk to the vibrant town square, filled with restaurants and shops. The staff was exceptionally accommodating. I felt taken care of during my stay. The room was comfortable, and the bed provided a restful night's sleep. Overall, it was a memorable experience.

We loved exploring nearby spots like the seafront and the Paddington Statue. The breakfast buffet was tasty, and the air-conditioned rooms were clean and comfy. The location is perfect for walking around the area and checking out local restaurants. Definitely recommend!

The staff were exceptional, particularly Lorena, Mauricio, and Elizabeth, who made dining a pleasant experience with their professionalism and attentiveness. The room, though a bit basic, was comfortable and clean, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The spacious gym, the large fridge in the reception, the lovely courtyard was simply grewt.

Had an amazing stay! The room was comfortable with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom that had great toiletries. Loved the feather pillows and the minibar. The location was super close to shops, and the staff were nice too. The free gym access was a bonus, and the spa facilities were a nice touch for relaxation!
